Jana Kirkland
FounderHi, I’m Jana, the owner of Kirkland Bookkeeping.
I help small business owners feel more organized, confident, and clear about their finances. My work goes beyond simply categorizing transactions or reconciling accounts — I want each client to understand how their business is performing, where their money is going, and what needs attention each month.
Kirkland Bookkeeping was built for business owners who want reliable monthly support without feeling overwhelmed by the details. I focus on accurate account reconciliations, clean monthly financial reporting, and a clear summary of how your business performed so you can make better decisions with less stress.
Outside of bookkeeping, I’m a wife and mom to a four-year-old who keeps me busy. When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me outdoors hiking, kayaking, playing with my son, or driving him to his latest activity as the unofficial family “mom taxi.”
My goal is to be the person you can count on to keep your books current, explain what the numbers mean, and help bring calm and clarity to the financial side of your business.
Brianna Guinn
BookkeeperBri is a bookkeeper with two years of experience helping small business owners keep their finances organized and up to date. She enjoys the detail-oriented nature of bookkeeping and takes pride in helping clients feel more confident about the financial side of their business.
She has a strong eye for accuracy, a willingness to learn, and a genuine love for the work she does. Whether she is helping keep monthly books current, reviewing transactions, or supporting clean financial records, Bri brings care and consistency to the process.
Bri lives in the North Texas area with her husband and their two-year-old daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and embracing the busy, sweet season of life that comes with raising a little one.
